매장 입구에 들어서자 가장 먼저 눈에 들어오는 것은 커다란 가마솥입니다.
이곳에서는 매일 아침 직접 순두부를 끓여 준비한다고 합니다.

요즘은 쉽게 보기 어려운 전통 방식이라 음식에 대한 기대감이 더욱 커졌습니다.

As soon as entering the restaurant, the large traditional cauldrons immediately catch your attention.
Every morning, fresh soft tofu is prepared by hand.

This traditional cooking method is becoming rare and makes the dining experience even more special.

이번 방문에서 주문한 메뉴는 대표 메뉴인 순두부짬뽕입니다.

한눈에 봐도 푸짐한 양과 다양한 해산물이 인상적이었습니다.
오징어와 홍합 등 해산물이 넉넉하게 들어 있었고, 부드러운 순두부가 듬뿍 올라가 있었습니다.

얼큰한 짬뽕 국물과 담백한 순두부의 조합이 잘 어우러져 부담 없이 즐길 수 있는 맛이었습니다.

The signature menu we ordered was the Soft Tofu Jjamppong.

The generous portion and seafood immediately stood out.
Loaded with squid, mussels, and topped with soft handmade tofu, the dish looked both rich and comforting.

The spicy broth combined with smooth tofu created a balanced and satisfying flavor.
