이번에 방문한 금복식육식당은 일반 대패삼겹살과는 확실히 다른 매력을 가지고 있었습니다.
During my visit to Geumbok Butcher Restaurant, I found it quite different from ordinary Daepae Samgyeopsal restaurants.
가장 먼저 눈에 들어온 것은 일반 대패삼겹살보다 훨씬 두툼하게 썰어낸 삼겹살이었습니다.
The first thing I noticed was that the pork belly slices were much thicker than usual.
두께가 있어도 금방 익고, 씹을수록 육즙과 고소한 풍미가 살아 있는 것이 가장 큰 특징입니다.

금복식육식당은 일반 대패삼겹살보다 두툼한 고기의 식감이 가장 인상적이었습니다.
The thicker pork slices were the restaurant's biggest attraction.
고기의 신선도와 깔끔한 밑반찬, 신선한 야채까지 모두 만족스러웠습니다.
The fresh meat, clean side dishes, and fresh vegetables made the meal highly satisfying.
가격 또한 국내산 돼지고기를 사용하면서도 부담 없는 수준이라 가성비도 뛰어났습니다.
Considering that Korean pork is served, the prices are very reasonable.
김천을 방문한다면 한 번쯤 꼭 들러볼 만한 현지 맛집으로 추천합니다.
